You're Not Alone
You do not see a tennis player walk into a grand slam on their own. Individual action on the court. Collective accountability off it.
Grand Slam Analogy
You do not see a tennis player walk into a grand slam on their own. They show up and play their game. Individual action on the court. But behind them is a coaching team giving them the best chance to focus on their strengths. Collective accountability off it.
The ND Reality
We overwork, overstimulate and overwhelm ourselves until burnout hits. Then the internal bashing starts again, because it has happened time and time again.
The Help Paradox
Neurodivergent people do not want to be told what to do. But a lot of us struggle to ask for help too. So we carry it all alone until we cannot.
A Team Costs MET
Money, energy and time. A full team around your strengths can do wonders, but it is out of reach for most of us starting out on our own.
Your New Tribe
For just $19 a month you get access to Jon and other NDP peers who can be your team. To help, encourage and empower you to focus on your strengths.
Why The Dashboard?
To help you, we need to see what you are doing, what is working and what is not. That is why the dashboard matters. It gives your team the full picture.
THE FULL PICTURE
Everything you need to know about the Second Brain Dashboard course.
The Course
A self paced, evergreen course on Skool. You then build out your dashboard with 4 tabs that track your patterns, needles and network.
See It, Then Move It
When you can visually see what is truly going on, decisions get shorter, smarter and synergised.
Neurodivergent Pros
Professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs and musicians who think differently and want clarity, focus and sustainable momentum.
On Skool
The course and community live on Skool. Pre recorded Komodo video lessons guide you through each step at your own pace.
Start Anytime
This is an evergreen course with no fixed start date. Begin your free 7 days whenever you are ready and work through each day at your own pace.
Individual Action First
The free 7-day course sets up the 4 key areas with individual action. It also works as a free trial of the Skool community. That is half the coin. The other half is consistency and moving needles, which comes from collective accountability.
"I built this and tried using it alone. It fell off the cliff after two weeks, like a lot of things do. It is only when I started doing it with others that I found consistency and growth. The first 7 days are yours to get the four key areas set up with individual action. To keep on track, grow and thrive beyond that, you need collective accountability from the Skool community."

FOUR CORE TABS
One simple Google Sheet that caters to all tech levels. Four tabs that take you from awareness to a connected tribe.
Awareness (Watch)
AwarenessA 31 day traffic light tracker for daily habits like wake time, meds, energy and mood. You see your real patterns laid out, so decisions become objective instead of emotional.
Objectively track patterns before making impulsive changes
Inputs (Grow)
InputsWeekly goals across personal, business and career. You set what you will actually do this week, so your actions link directly to the outcomes you want.
Connects the actions you take (inputs) to the results you get.
Outputs (Harvest)
OutputsWeekly 1 to 10 ratings for progress. You score how the week actually went, so you can see which inputs moved the needle and which did not.
Links inputs to outcomes, revealing cause and effect.
Tribe (Connect)
TribeMaps your support network in three tiers: Now (10 key contacts), Next (arms length contacts) and North Star (your dream network).
Maps a support network so you can outsource your weaknesses.
THE EVERGREEN MODEL
Individual action and collective, collaborative accountability. Three principles that make NDP peer mentoring different from going it alone.
Self Paced
Pre recorded lessons guide you through setting up the dashboard at your own pace. No scheduling.
Peer Accountability
You take individual action, but you share progress, discuss obstacles and celebrate wins with people who get it.
Shared Framework
Each lesson follows the Second Brain Dashboard structure, so you build the dashboard one tab at a time.
YOUR FIRST WEEK
These 7 days are about individual action. Each day has a task to complete in Skool so you set up the four key areas yourself.

YOUR QUARTERLY JOURNEY
The free 7-day course sets up your dashboard. Staying in Skool beyond day 7 is where collective accountability kicks in, and the next 90 days of tracking are where the real work happens across a full quarter.
Stay In Skool To Keep Growing
The free 7-day course sets up your dashboard with individual action and works as a free trial of the Skool community. After that, staying in Skool is $19 a month for the collective accountability that keeps you consistent and moving the needle. You get the community, a weekly Q&A meeting or post, and a classroom that grows with extra lessons. Optional peer mentoring tiers are available for active subscribers who want more hands on support.
You Have Tracked Your First Week
Your dashboard is fully set up and you have a full week of real data to just take in. This is your baseline. No judgment, just what actually happened.
Reflect And Replant
Reflect on what you tracked. Pull the green and amber tasks into month two. Outsource or remove the red tasks, then fill the gaps with other tasks you think could move the needle. The first month of the quarter is your planting seeds phase. Cold outreach, building foundations.
Analyse And Nurture
Analyse again. Move what is working (green) and what is almost there (amber) into the third month. Exchange your reds for something else that boosts what you are doing. Your greens and ambers show whether needles have moved. Month two is your growing seeds phase. Nurture connections, rework the kinks, see if your foundations, offers and clients are starting to come in. This is also where you branch out to your next tribe.
Dial Down On What Works
Reflect the same way you did at Day 60, but this time dial down on what is truly working for your personal and professional life. Build solid routines and internal operating systems. Enhance what works. It is not always external opportunities. Becoming healthy, gaining insight internally, adding a hobby, setting up AI to run things, or gaining funding to build a team around your strengths can do wonders. Refocus your awareness, resharpen your inputs, and start branching out slowly to your north star.
SEE IT CLEARLY
Emotions You Can See
Neurodivergent people think, feel and experience emotions intensely, especially with RSD. Most of us are visual learners, so emotions become intense and disabling because we cannot see them. We need to process them through a creative outlet to see and hear what is going on. This 2nd brain dashboard approach aims to replicate this.
Not Another To-Do List
This is not another journal or project management system trying to make you feel like a square peg in a round hole. It is the opposite. A free Google Sheet (for all tech levels) with 4 tabs you can adapt and colourise your way. Everything is about tracking what YOU are doing/being in the present, and then building from there.
Consistency On Your Terms
This is not about dwelling on the past or fearing the future. It is about today, now and the present. Consistency is not the same thing every day. 9 to 5 does not work for everyone. Jon works in 2 hour blocks, talks out loud to clear mental blocks first, and schedules time to walk, exercise or watch a TV show to calm his nervous system.
NDP is not telling you to join this or join that. It is simply showing a neurodivergent friendly way to be yourself, build strong foundations and keep moving forward on your own terms.
START YOUR FREE 7-DAY COURSE
